Scaling new heights
As Founder and CEO of Mental Health Education Inc., and founder of TheMindSync and Mighty Champions, Dr. Dubey has developed programs that teach emotional literacy, self-awareness, resilience, mindfulness, healthy relationships, and responsible decision-making before individuals reach a point of crisis. His school- and community-based initiatives have reached or supported approximately 100,000 children, more than 200,000 parents, over 500 teachers, more than 50 schools, and over 40 physicians.
His work has extended across the United States, India, the United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, South Sudan, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Malawi, Ghana, the Philippines, Canada, and the United Kingdom, including support for underserved schools, rural communities, healthcare professionals, and children affected by social vulnerability.
Dr. Dubey also launched the Fellowship in Preventive Mental Health Education to prepare students, educators, healthcare workers, and community leaders to learn, teach, research, and serve in the field of mental well-being education. His guiding belief is that mental health education is a human right and should begin early—in schools, homes, workplaces, and communities—so that people can better understand themselves, support one another, and prevent suffering whenever possible.
